Purpose and Construction

This product is suitable for motor vibration reduction and isolation.

Features

1 It has excellent vibration and impact energy absorption characteristics and good damping.

2 It has high resistivity and excellent electrical insulation (when needed).

3 It has good weather resistance and excellent sealing performance.

4 It has good temperature resistance, cold resistance can be as low as -30℃; high temperature resistance can be up to 120℃.

5 All physical and mechanical properties can meet the requirements of product use.

Structure & Composition

According to the technical standards or usage requirements of customer products, high damping materials are generally selected and mixed with corresponding vulcanizers, antioxidants, reinforcing agents, fillers and softeners. According to the customer's drawing requirements, corresponding molds are used for molding and vulcanization to form products of various shapes and structures.

Packaging

Storage

Store in a ventilated and cool environment, waterproof and moisture-proof, avoid direct sunlight and strong artificial light, and avoid storing together with chemicals such as organic solvents.
