Purpose and Construction

This product is suitable for vibration reduction of cross-flow fans.

Features

1. It has excellent characteristics of absorbing vibration and impact energy.

2. It has excellent oil resistance and can resist fatty oil and lubricating oil.

3. It has good temperature resistance, and can withstand temperatures as low as -30℃ and high temperatures up to 100℃.

Structure & Composition

According to the technical standards or usage requirements of customers' products, different types of rubber are selected and mixed with corresponding vulcanizers, antioxidants, reinforcing agents, fillers and softeners. According to the customer's drawings, the products are molded and vulcanized with corresponding molds into products of various shapes and structures, and assembled into components with self-lubricating resin bearings.

Packaging

Storage

Store in a ventilated and cool environment, waterproof and moisture-proof, avoid direct sunlight and strong artificial light, and avoid storing together with chemicals such as organic solvents.
