Purpose and Construction

This product is suitable for use in sound insulation keels and has the functions of preventing collisions, abnormal noises and damping vibrations.

Main technical parameters

The keel damping pad is an environmentally friendly vibration damping material mainly made of polymer materials such as butyl rubber. It has good vibration reduction and impact protection effects and excellent aging resistance.

① It does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as asbestos, asphalt, heavy metals, formaldehyde, odor, environmental protection and health.


② This product is usually made into sheets with a thickness of 2 to 5 mm, and can be coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one or both sides for easy construction and use. It can also be made into blocks, strips, or other feasible structural dimensions according to customer requirements, and can be punched into special shapes according to usage requirements.


③ This product can be used as an auxiliary sound insulation layer or keel damping pad, and can be used in conjunction with composite sound insulation boards to further improve the sound insulation effect of the building without occupying too much building space.

Packaging
Product specifications can be customized according to user's specific requirements. Generally, it is packed in plastic bags and then in ordinary cartons. Other feasible packaging can also be formulated according to customer's requirements.
Storage
Store in a ventilated and cool environment, waterproof and moisture-proof, avoid direct sunlight and strong artificial light, and avoid storing together with chemicals such as organic solvents.
