Features

3. This product is mainly used for vibration reduction and sound insulation in automobile bodies, 

audio, doors, fenders and other parts. It can significantly weaken the vibration of the vehicle during

4. This product is also widely used in thin-walled vibrating parts that require vibration reduction

 adhesives. It does not require additional adhesive coating or heating treatment during pasting

 construction, so the construction is very convenient. When using it, tear off the product protective

 release paper, directly paste it on the surface of the construction component, and use small tools 

such as rollers to apply a certain pressure to completely paste the product on the component that 

needs vibration reduction, which can provide a higher structural loss coefficient and reduce the 

vibration of the component.



Structure & Composition

1. Conventional automobile damping vibration reduction sheets are damping vibration reduction

 materials with butyl rubber and other polymer materials as the main raw materials. They have 

excellent self-adhesiveness, strong non-drying, strong aging resistance, long life and other characteristics.


2. The product is composed of a damping rubber body and a constraint layer, providing a high structural

 loss coefficient in a wide temperature range.


3. At the same time, the surface can be compounded with one or several functional materials such as sound

 absorption layer, sound insulation layer, and heat insulation layer to provide comprehensive performance. 

Various sizes, densities, hardness, colors and other characteristics can be customized according to 

customer requirements.


4. The surface of the aluminum foil can be customized with embossed patterns or customer's brand LOGO.

 Customers need to provide brand authorization letters and vector files.


5. The product is customized for sheet, coil, and punched into the shape required for a specific car model.
