◎ Material Composition  〉〉〉

 The non-drying self-adhesive vibrationdamping sheet for automobile produced by Bonderra  is mainly made  of  polymermaterials such as butyl rubber which is self-adhesive and non-drying withageing resistance and fire resistance. It is made up of damping rubber compoundand constrained layer, which can realize larger  structural loss factor withinwide temperature range. The damping rubber compound consists of polymers suchas butyl rubber, reinforcing filling, adhesion promoter, surfactant, fireretardant, anti-ageing agent etc. It contains no asphalt and isenvironment-friendly.

◎ Characteristics   〉〉〉

 This product has strong self-adhesiveness with the characteristics of ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesives; therefore, no adhesive is needed when applying this product. It is very easy to use. You only need to tear off the protective film, apply it to the surface of the construction member and put some pressure on it with the roller to make it completely and firmly adhere to the component that requires vibration damping, which means the vibration of the component can be reduced by the larger structural loss factor.

◎ Application 〉〉〉

 This product is mainly applied to the car body, audio system, car door and fender etc. for vibration damping and sound insulation. It can significantly reduce the vibration and external noises when driving the car. The noises inside the car can also be reduced effectively and make people in the car feel comfortable. This product is also widely used on the vibrating machines with thin walls for vibrating damping and sound insulation, such as dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, kitchen ventilator, refrigerator, various chemical tower and ventilating pipes etc.
